Split Rail wines were borne from the minds of a new generation of winemakers and drinkers. We are the stampede for local agriculture, the epitome of pleasure and the turning wheels of evolution. We strive to cultivate a vibrant wine culture in Idaho, and bring the farm to your fork (or wine goblet). Our goal is to keep Idaho's lips red and our hair and minds in temporary disarray.

Dinner in the Garden 2019

Dinner in the Garden is on Saturday June 8th!

It’s going to be a great night!
The evening will start with appetizers and wine at 5:30pm followed by a walking tour of the gardens. Dinner starts at 7pm.

Chef Kris Ott is preparing a delicious four-course meal for us, made from a lot of what we grow, we’re sourcing beef from Simeroi Springs, and several other local producers! And we are paring each course with a delicious wine from Split Rail Winery in Garden City.
