Split Rail wines were borne from the minds of a new generation of winemakers and drinkers. We are the stampede for local agriculture, the epitome of pleasure and the turning wheels of evolution. We strive to cultivate a vibrant wine culture in Idaho, and bring the farm to your fork (or wine goblet). Our goal is to keep Idaho's lips red and our hair and minds in temporary disarray.

JUMP Progressive Dinner

Join us as we progress through the outdoor terraces, interactive spaces and hidden corners of the JUMP building with this five course JUMP Progressive Dinner.  Each space provides a different surprise and delight, with catering from Jered Couch and Dana Brizee and wine pairings from Split Rail Winery.

Yukon Gold Potato Fondue with Spinach Pillow. Split Rail Cinsault.

Zucchini & Heirloom Tomato "Lasagna" with Arugula Puree, Oven Dried Tomato Sauce, Ricotta, Pine Nut - Caper Relish, Micro Herbs. Split Rail SMG. 

Lamb Chop, Blue Cheese Gougeres, Lingonberry Compote. Split Rail Barbara. 

 Coconut Ice Cream Sundae with Huckleberry, Candied Cashews, Fresh Lavender. Split Rail Reisling.
